Nasa Japan palang si Kris Aquino ay pina-schedule na niya sa staff niya ang special screening para sa dalawang pelikula, ang Hello, Love Goodbye at ang Belle Douleur na first directorial job ni Atty. Joji V. Alonso na isa sa producer ng (K)Ampon na entry sa 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival.

Teary-eyed si Kris habang sinasabi niya ang magandang komento niya sa Belle Douleur na kinunan pa sa loob ng sinehan.

May tatlong eksena sa pelikula ang nakapagpatulo ng luha ni Kris at may deal sila ni Atty Direk Joji na papayag siyang magpakuha ng video kapag napaiyak siya ng pelikula at nangyari nga.

Aniya habang nagpupunas ng mata, “I told her (Atty. Joji) na you’ll get a video (reactions) if you made me cry. And she really made me cry. I really like it. I don’t know if I will be able to work with her now as a producer that she really touched my heart, ang ganda nu’ng movie.”

Isa pang nakadagdag din sa pag-iyak marahil ni Kris ay ang instrumental soundtack ng Belle Douleur.

Ang sinasabing tatlong eksena ni Kris, “three points about the movie. First kaya ko sobrang na-appreciate because there was something those toys, I think that’s why hindi ako attached to things ‘coz I didn’t have a girl (daughter). I think you have to be a parent to see that (scene). Hindi mo mapi-feel talaga na siguro wala kang tinago na anything because God didn’t give me a girl and it’s a realization as much as I love my boys (Joshua and Bimby) there’s been no need to feel that I have to keep these earrings, I have to keep these bags or I have to keep these shoes kasi walang girl na mapapamanahan.

“Second realization is that you don’t have to have na kayong dalawa ang mag-end up together for you to experience real love. Because real love is the ability to be able na ibigay mo ro’n sa tao kung ano talaga ang mas makakaganda sa kanya and obviously here (movie) without giving any spoilers away that character of Mylene (Dizon), si Liz hindi mabibigay kay Josh something that is very important to Josh and so, she let go.

“Third, because we’ve heard so much about ghosting recently? Okay so I’ll put it in that perspective (na) may magandang way naman na mag-ghost na ‘yun ‘yung makakabuti sa tao at ‘yun ‘yung hindi selfish na ghosting.

“So for those three points, congratulations Atty. Joji, kinakabahan tuloy ako that I know how much more expensive ang our movie (K)Ampon will be. I’m now frightened with that money that we’re gonna put in, sana mapantayan ko ‘yung emotions na you’re able to draw out from me from this Cinemalaya film that you directed.”

Kaya ang hiling ni Kris sa moviegoers, “I hope the rest of you will give this movie a chance.”

Nasulat na rin namin ang rebyu namin sa Belle Douleur at ilang ulit din naming sinabi, maganda ang pelikula at nakaka-in love at napakaganda ng pagkaka-direk ni Atty. Joji, parang hindi first time director, huh.
