NAGKAPIT-BISIG ang Phoenix Publishing House Inc. at Ricoh Philippines, nangungunang imaging company sa bansa, upang palakasin ang Alagang Phoenix program para sa mga kabataan nasa nasa mission schools sa bansa.
Bilang bahagi ng pagpupursige na maitaas ang antas at kalidad ng edukasyon, gayundin ang kaalaman ng mga guro, itinatag ng Phoenix Publishing House ang Alagang Phoenix, ang CSR arm ng kumpanya na nangangasiwa sa mga programa tulad ng pagsasanay at workshops. Hangarin ng programa na mabantayan at magabayan ang mga kabataan at mga estudyante para magtagumpay sa anumang napiling career.

Kaagapay ng Alagang Phoenix ang Ricoh Philippines, na matatag sa layuning matulungan ang pamayanan sa pamamagitan ng 3Ps – Prosperity (economic activities), People (society), at Planet (environment).
Kasangga rin ang Ricoh Philippines ang pagsusulong ng kahalagahan sa conrservation at environmental protection sa pamamagitan ng Eco-Action Campaign, ang taunang global initiative na nakatuon sa pangangalaga ng kalikasan. Bahagi rin ng CSR initiatives ang programang Adopt-a-School.

Sa isinagawang pulong kamakailan sa headquarters ng Phoenix Publishing House sa Quezon City, ipinamahagi ng Ricoh-Philippines bilang donasyon ang multifunction printers at projectors na makatutunlong sa mga eskwelahan.
Kabilang sa mga dumalo sa ‘turnover ceremony ang mga kinatawan ng recipient schools, kabilang sina Rev. Fr. Elmer Jose Dizon, superintendent of the Archdiocese of San Fernando Educational System, Msgr. Mauel Bravo Jr., superintendent of the Archdiocesan of Lingayen Dagupan Catholic Schools, Rev. Fr. Alain Manalo, superintendent the Diocese of Imus Catholic Educational System, Inc., at Msgr. Michael Feliciano Veneracion, superintendent ng Cabanatuan Catholic Educational System (CACES).
