May rekord na 59-7-2 na may 38 panalo sa knockouts, ang 39-anyos na si Pacquiao ngunit nananatiling maraming tagahanga at hindi kumasa kay Horn nitong Nobyembre sa kanilang rematch dahil abala sa pulitika bilang Senador.
