“I don’t think it’s too attractive (of a fight) right now for me. I feel that we had Pacquiao being tested (by other top fighters) already and stopped (by Juan Manuel Marquez), so I think the favor goes a little more to Mayweather (in terms of the winner),” sinabi ni Hagler sa BoxingScene.com.

“Boxing is a very difficult game and very strange and weird. So anything can happen with the right promotion. They’ll probably get it going and make that two hundred million (dollars),” dagdag ni Hagler. “I believe the public deserves that (fight)... if it happens?”

“I won’t believe it until I see both of them in the ring and the bell rings,” pahayag ni De La Hoya sa ESPN Deportes sabay paglilinaw na posibleng magharap sa nasabing petsa ang alaga niyang si ex-WBC middleweight champion Saul Alvarez ng Mexico at kasalukuyang kampeon na si Miguel Angel Cotto ng Puerto Rico.

“Canelo will go on May 2, period,” dagdag ni De La Hoya. “The good thing is that negotiations have continued and that’s very important, so I think that fight is important for the boxing world, for the weekend of May 5 it’s the biggest fight that can be given. And yes, we have plan B and plan C, but the focus for Canelo is Cotto.”
