Nagsalita na si Atty. Nicholas Kaufman sa inilabas na listahan ng International Criminal Court (ICC) kaugnay sa umano’y co-perpetrators ng kliyente niyang si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa madugong giyera kontra droga mula 2011 hanggang 2019.
Matatandaang kabilang sina Sen. Bato Dela Rosa at Sen. Bong Go sa mga nabanggit na pangalan sa dokumento.

Sa pahayag na inilabas ni Kaufman na may petsang Pebrero 14, halos mag-iisang taon na umanong alam ni Duterte at ng defence team ang mga inakusahang co-perpetrator.

“The former President and his Defence team have known the identities of the alleged co-perpetrators for almost a year and, as required by the Court, have guarded them in absolute confidentiality,” saad ni Kaufman,
Dagdag pa niya, “This puts to lie the utter falsity of the claim that the former President's interim release would endanger the integrity of the Prosecution's investigation.”
Nagkaroon din umano si Kaufman ng maikling pagpupulong noong nakaraang linggo kasama ang Prosecution, kung saan umano binanggit sa mga partido na upang makagawa ng makabuluhang pagsusumite sa confirmation of charges para kapakinabangan ng publiko, kinakailangan mas kaunti ang redaction ng reklamo.
Bukod dito, sinabi rin ni Kaufman na sa palagay niya ay wala umano kina Dela Rosa, Go, at iba pa ang kasalukuyang nakasailalim sa arrest warrant.
Aniya, “It flies in the face of prosecutorial logic to seek further warrants in the Philippines situation before the decision of the Appeals Chamber on the former President's jurisdictional challenge.”
“The sensational reporting of this list, however, is clearly politically motivated and designed to decimate the Senate in the hope of perverting the democratic will of the Filipino people,” dugtong pa ng abogado.
