Nagbigay na rin ng pahayag si Mamamayang Liberal (ML) Party-list Rep. Atty. Leila de Lima kaugnay sa desisyon ni Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) Commissioner Rossana Fajardo na magbitiw na sa kaniyang puwesto.

“I believe that the investigative and prosecutorial responsibilities will now transition to other agencies, such as the Department of Justice and the Office of the Ombudsman, which are better positioned to ensure accountability for contractors and government officials,” sabi ni Fajardo sa resignation letter na isinumite niya sa ICI nitong Biyernes, Disyembre 26.

Nauna nang magbahagi ng kaniyang sentimyento si Akbayan Party-list Rep. Perci Cendaña hinggil sa pagre-resign ni Commissioner Fajardo. Aniya, bibingo na raw ang ICI.

“Bat imbis na ulo ng mga korap, puro resignations ang binibigay sa atin ng ICI? 2 out of 3 down! Bibingo na ang ICI!” saad ni Cendaña sa kaniyang social media post nito ring Biyernes, Disyembre 26.
