Sa isang Facebook post nitong Biyernes, Disyembre 26, sinabi ng Rimando Law Office na wala umanong layuning saktaan o siraan ng kliyente nila ang sinoman.
“The post was made during a period of emotional strain arising from a personal matter and represents Mr. Jimenez's subject's account of events as he understood and experienced them at the time,” anila. “It was not authored with intent to injure, malign, or cast aspersions upon any person.”
Dagdag pa ng Rimando Law Office, “The content of the post was expressed in good faith and without malice. It was neither calculated to provoke public hostility nor designed to cause reputational harm, but was an unguarded expression of personal sentiment in response to a private circumstance.”
