"Through Project Paghilom, you’ve stood with families of victims of extrajudicial killings, listened to their stories, and walked with them toward truth, healing, and restoration. You've shown Filipinos that compassion is not a weakness and that true healing comes from justice," dagdag pa niya. "Sa kabila ng mga banta, lagi mong pinipiling maglingkod, manindigan, magmalasakit sa kapwa, at magbigay ng pag-asa."
"You are a dear friend of mine and I’m truly blessed to know you. You’ve been there for me and with me during the toughest times of my life. Happy birthday again, Fr. Flavie! God bless you always!" pagtatapos ng kaniyang pagbati.
