“The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), under the leadership of Regional Director PMGEN ANTHONY A. ABERIN, confirms that all security preparations are in place for the upcoming 2nd Trillion Peso March on November 30, 2025. This follows the successful maintenance of peace and order during the recent two-day religious rally,” panimula ng NCRPO.
“To ensure public safety and maintain order throughout the event, enhanced security measures have been implemented in key convergence zones. These preparations stemmed from lessons learned from the tense incidents at Ayala Bridge and Mendiola on September 21. This time, the NCRPO is prioritizing prevention through early deployment, intensified monitoring, and proactive safeguards to avoid any recurrence,” dagdag pa nila.
“A substantial number of contingent in National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) personnel will be mobilized for the event. This includes uniformed officers dedicated to Civil Disturbance Management (CDM) operations and special contingents, as well as personnel from the Reactionary Standby Support Force (RSSF),” saad ng NCRPO.
“The composition of the deployed force will be adjusted based on crowd dynamics and real-time assessments on the day of the event. The NCRPO has also emphasized its capacity for rapid reinforcement and flexible response to evolving situations,” dagdag pa nila.
“In line with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s call for peace and public safety, the NCRPO remains committed to delivering Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman. We fully respect everyone’s rights to freedom of speech, of expression and of peaceful assembly. In exercising these rights, we urge everyone to act with responsibility, discipline, and vigilance. Let us work together to keep Metro Manila safe, orderly, and peaceful for all,” saad ni Aberin.
“The only concern I have when we have demonstrations for whatever reason is that there are agitators who will go and try to cause trouble. What demonstrator goes to a demonstration with Molotov cocktails that are not intending to cause trouble or to hurt people?” ani PBBM.
