Ibinahagi ni Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) Chair Andres Reyes, Jr., sa publiko na tagasuporta raw siya ng mga nagdaang pangulo hanggang sa panahong kasalukuyan. 

Ayon ito sa naging media briefing at pagpapasa ng interim report ng ICI sa pangunguna ni Reyes nitong Huwebes, Nobyembre 13, 2025. 

Pagbabahagi ni Reyes, tagasuporta na raw siya noon pa ng hindi niya tinukoy na dating Pangulong Corazon o Benigno Simeon Aquino III, dating Pangulong Joseph “Erap” Estrada, dating Pangulong Fidel V. Ramos, at kasalukuyang Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr.

“I was also [an] Aquino supporter,” pagsisimula niya.

Pagpapatuloy pa ni Reyes, “and I was an Erap supporter, I was [a] Ramos supporter, and I was also a supporter of [PBBM]. We come from the same school [on] high school.”

Bukod sa mga nabanggit, sinabi rin ni Reyes na tagasuporta rin daw siya ni Vice President Sara Duterte. 

“I am also a supporter of [VP] Sara Duterte,” aniya. 

“I’m friends with everybody,” pagtatapos pa niya. 

Samantala sa parehong briefing, matatandaang nagpasa ng interim report at rekomendasyong kasong graft at malversation ang ICI sa Office of the Ombudsman (OM) laban kina dating Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) District engineer Henry Alcantara, ex-DPWH assistant engr. Brice Ericson Hernandez at iba pa.

MAKI-BALITA: ICI, inirekomendang kasuhan ng graft, malversation sina Alcantara, Hernandez, atbp.

Tungkol umano ang inirekomendang kaso ng ICI sa OM sa ₱74 million flood control project sa Bocaue, Bulacan na inimplementa ng Bulacan 1st District Engineering office sa pangunguna ng Darcy & Anna Builders & Trading.

Anila, kaugnay rin nito ang nakatala sa kontrata nilang riverbank protection structure sa Brgy. Carillo, Hagonoy, Bulacan.

“Based on a report endorsed by the Commission on Audit (COA), it was established that no structure was constructed at the location specified in the Approved Bid Plans,” mababasa sa media briefer document na ipinasa ng ICI.

“The results of the COA technical inspection, together with the available records, clearly establish that the project was never implemented, despite the unwarranted release and full payment of the contract cost by the DPWH to Darcy & Anna Builders & Trading,” pagdidiin pa ng ICI.
