Kinikilala ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ang resulta ng survey ng OCTA Research kung saan 70% umano ng mga Pilipino ang nagsasabing dapat pa ring maging non-partisan ang AFP sa pakikisangkot sa isyu ng politika.

"The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) welcomes the results of the Tugon ng Masa 3rd Quarter 2025 Survey by OCTA Research, showing that 70 percent of Filipinos support the AFP’s non-partisan stance and reject military involvement in politics," anang AFP sa kanilang Facebook post noong Linggo, Oktubre 26, 2025.

Isinagawa ang nasabing survey ng OCTA Research mula Setyembre 25 hanggang Setyembre 30, 2025 na nilahukan ng 1,200 katao.

Ayon pa sa nasabing survey tinatayang 79% ng pagpabor na maging non-partisan ang AFP ay nagmula sa Mindanao habang 78% naman ang mula sa National Capital Region (NCR).

Bunsod nito, iginiit ng AFP na indikasyon umano ito ng nananatiling tiwala ng publiko sa kanila upang manprotektahan ang Konstitusyon at democratic stability ng bansa.

"The results reaffirm the public’s continued trust in the AFP’s professionalism, discipline, and firm adherence to its constitutional mandate of protecting the people and upholding democratic stability," saad ng AFP.

Sinisiguro din ng AFP na mananatili raw silang tapat sa kanilang tungkuling pangalagaan ang soberanya ng bansa at protektahan ang mga Pilipino.

Anila, "The AFP remains steadfast in its duty to defend the nation’s sovereignty, protect the Filipino people, and preserve democracy—anchored on the values of professionalism, discipline, and unity in service to the country."
