Nasunog ang gusaling kinalalagyan ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Bureau of Research and Standards (BRS) sa NIA Road, Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City, ngayong araw ng Miyerkules, Oktubre 22, 2025.

Batay sa ulat ng Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)-National Capital Region (NCR), naganap ang sunog bandang 12:39 PM at umabot sa third alarm sa ganap na 12:56 PM.

Nangyari ito sa kasagsagan ng isyu ng maanomalyang flood control projects, at pagpapatawag ng Senado sa mga kinatawan ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) na nag-iimbestiga sa mga katiwalian sa nabanggit na proyekto.

Kaya naman, agad na naglabas ng kani-kanilang reaksiyon, komento, saloobin, at hinala ang mga netizen hinggil sa sunog na ito.
