“More specifically, the Chamber notes that, on 19 July 2025 Mr. Duterte’s daughter mentioned in public speeches the idea of breaking Mr. Duterte out of the ICC Detention Centre, and attempted to delegitimise the Court’s proceedings against Mr. Duterte, citing collusion between the Court and the government of the Philippines as well as the use of ‘fake witnesses’,” mababasa sa desisyon noon ng ICC.

“It wasn’t supposed to be categorized or characterized as a serious statement kasi ‘yong mga tao sa Facebook live, nagko-comment kasi sila,” pagsisimula ni Alvin
“‘Kumusta na si Mr. President? Kailan makakauwi?’ Ganito, ganiyan.
“I was super shocked. I think it can be characterized as one of the reasons doon sa mga criticism dito sa ICC because they rely heavy emphasis on this particular instance.”
“Media statements which could be characterized as easily verifiable on whether or not it is stated on a serious or jokingly manner,” saad pa niya.
“But it was there in the decision so I would like to believe that in the appeal of the defense team, they are going to outlay the foundation as to the arguments why such a decision was reached by the pre-trail chamber,” anang supporter.
Para sa akin, as a spectator, it should have this is a matter of right para kay former President being 80 years old continuously incarcerated more than 7 months inside the ICC detention center facility,” ani Sarzate.
“While the British Chamber is going to determine how they’re going to proceed with a case against the former President. He should have been given the interim release kasi provisionary freedom lang naman ito,” dagdag pa niya.
“He’s not going to escape. He’s not going to be even following a strict implementation of guidelines under the ICC pa rin. So he’s not going anywhere but doon lang sa host country who unprecedentedly expressed their willingness to host the former President,” pagtatapos pa ng vlogger.
