Kinasuhan ng National Bureau of Investigation - Bulacan South District Office (NBI-BUSDO) sina dating Bamban City, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo o Guo Hua Ping, kasama na ang kaniyang ibang mga kaanak matapos ang umano’y pagbili ng mga ito ng ilang ari-arian at pagtatayo ng mga negosyo sa Marilao, Bulacan.

Ibinahagi ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) sa kanilang Facebook post nitong Huwebes, Oktubre 2, na nagsagawa ang NBI ng imbestigasyon, at napag-alamang “incorporators” ng ilang mga kompanya sa Bulacan sina Guo, kasama ang iba pa niyang mga kaanak.

“Investigation conducted by the NBI found that Alice Guo and other family members are incorporators of several companies, including QJJ Group of Companies Inc., QSeed Genetics Inc., QJJ Meat Shop Inc., QJJ Slaughter House Inc., QJJ Smelting Plant Inc., and QJJ Embroidery Center Inc. All of these companies share a principal address on Maligaya Street, Barangay Patubig, Marilao, Bulacan,” anang NBI.

“The property was purchased by Alice Guo on October 5, 2010, for ₱2,000,000.00 and covers an area of 4,636 square meters, as detailed in the Absolute Deed of Sale and accompanying documents obtained from the Registry of Deeds of Meycauayan City and the Tax Declarations of Marilao,” dagdag pa nito.

Ibinunyag din ng nasabing imbestigasyon na idineklara nina Alice Guo, Shiela Guo, at Siemen Guo sa “Articles of Incorporation” ng mga nabanggit na kompanya, na sila umano ay mga Pilipino.

Kabilang sa mga kasong isinampa sa kanila ay 30 counts ng Simulation of Minimum Capital Stock (under Section 2 of Commonwealth Act No. 108, or the Anti-Dummy Law) at 4 counts ng Falsification of Public Documents for falsifying applications for Business, Occupancy, and Building Permits.

Humaharap din sa karagdagang 6 counts ng Falsification of Public Documents, under Article 172 in relation to Article 171 (4) of the Revised Penal Code (RPC) si Alice Guo matapos mameke ng Deed of Sale at documentary stamp.

Matatandaang naaresto si Alice Guo noong Setyembre 4, 2024 nang isuko ito ng mga awtoridad ng bansang Indonesia, matapos magtago hinggil sa mga imbestigasyon at kontrobersiya ukol sa kaniyang nasyonalidad.
