Naglabas ng pahayag ang Search and Secure Canine Training and Services International Inc., (SAS K9) patungkol sa ginawa ng isa sa kanilang miyembro na naaktuhan sa videong nanuntok at nanakit sa canine dog na si Bingo.
Ayon sa inilabas na statement ng SAS K9 sa kanilang Facebook page, nakarating na umano sa kanilang tanggapan ang kumakalat na videong inupload ni Nicole Andrea sa social media noong Miyerkules, Setyembre 3.
Inihayag ng SAS K9 na naganap ang insidente sa pananakit ng handler nila sa “service dog” sa “daily proficiency test” na isinagawa nila noong Miyerkules.
“We are aware of the video circulating online involving one of our dog handlers during a daily proficiency test on September 3, 2025. We would like to assure the public, our clients, and our partners that this behavior does not reflect SAS K9’s values, and it is not something we condone or tolerate,” saad ng SAS K9.

Dagdag pa nila, nagbaba na umano sila ng “formal memoradum” patungkol sa handler na namataan sa video at papakinggan ang paliwanag nito.
“Upon verifying the incident, the company immediately issued a formal memorandum of concern to the handler and asked him explain his side. He has since acknowledged his actions and expressed willingness to undergo the necessary corrective measures,” paliwanag ng SAS K9.
Pagpapatuloy ng SAS K9, sumasailalim na ngayon ang lalaki sa pansamantalang suspensyon habang iniimbestigahan ang nangyaring insidente.
“The handler has been placed under preventive suspension and has been directed to return to our K9 training facility in Cavite for retraining and reassessment,” anang kompanya.
Nabawi na umano nila si Bingo na sinaktan ng handler at sinisigurado sa publiko na nasa mabuti itong kalusugan at hindi nagtamo ng anumang injuries.
“The dog involved in the incident was promptly evaluated by our team, and we can confirm that he is in good health and has not sustained any injuries,” anila.
Dagdag pa ng SAS K9, “[a]s an organization committed to the highest standards of animal care and training, we hold ourselves accountable to ethical and humane practices. Our K9s are not merely working animals; they are our partners. We remain firm in our commitment to their welfare. Positive reinforcement, including the use of toys such as balls as rewards, is central to our training approach.”
Pinapangako namang ng SAS K9 na titingnan nilang mabuti ang pangyayaring ito at sisiguraduhing hindi na ito mangyayari ulit.
“We take this matter seriously. Internal reviews and a reinforcement of our handler training protocols are already underway to ensure this does not happen again,” anang SAS K9.
Pinasalamatan naman nila ang mga taong nagpabatid sa kanilang ng pangyayaring ito.
“We thank those who brought this to our attention. Rest assured that we are taking all appropriate steps to address the issue and uphold the trust placed in us,” pagtatapos ng SAS K9.
Samantala, nananatili pa ring pribado ang pagkakakilanlan ng lalaking nanakit na namataan sa video.
