Tuluyan nang binawi ng Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) ang lisensya ng mga construction firms na pagmamay-ari ng pamilya Discaya.
Ayon sa PCAB, lumabag ang mga kompanya sa patakaran laban sa sabayang paglahok sa mga bidding ng iisang may-ari.
“[S]uch admission establishes a scheme of joint or multiple bidding participation designed to influence the outcome of public bidding, manipulate results, and corner public projects thereby undermining transparency, fairness, and competition,” anang PCAB.
Matatandaang sa pagdinig ng Senado noong Lunes, Setyembre 1, 2025, nasiwalat na 9 ang construction firms na hawak ng mga Discaya. Kabilang dito ay ang:

Mismong ibinahagi ni Hontiveros ang kopya ng nasabing mga calling cards ng mga "King and Queen of Flood Control," na ibinansag ng Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism.
Matatandaang kabilang sa 15 constructions firms na pinangalanan ni Pangulong Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., na nakakuha ng malalaking pondo sa nasabing proyekto ay ang dalawang firm ng mga Discaya na Alpha and Omega Construction at St. Timothy Construction.
