Pinagpapaliwanag ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) ang isang rider na sumayaw sa ibabaw ng kaniyang motorsiklo bilang pagkasa sa "boat dance challenge," na viral ngayon sa social media.
Nakarating sa tanggapan ng LTO ang video na ang mismong nag-upload pala ay ang rider, residente ng Binondo, Manila, sa kaniyang Facebook page.
Mapapanood sa video ang pagsayaw ng lalaking rider sa ibabaw ng kaniyang motorsiklo habang nasa gitna ng trapiko.
Dahil dito, sinuspinde ng 90 araw ang lisensya ng rider at inisyuhan din ito ng show cause order maging ang registered owner ng motorsiklo.

"In the SCO signed by LTO Intelligence and Investigation Division, Chief Renante Melitante, the rider was asked to explain in writing why he should not be held liable for being an improper person to operate a motor vehicle, which has a maximum penalty of revocation of driver’s license," anang LTO.
Isasagawa ang hearing sa Agosto 20 at pinasusurrender din ng ahensya ang lisensya ng rider bago ang nasabing petsa.
“Failure to appear and submit the written comment/explanation as required shall be construed by this Office as a waiver of your rights to be heard, and the case shall be decided based on the evidence at hand,” nakasaad sa show cause order.
