Sumagot si Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Nicolas Torre sa pambabatikos umano ni Vice President Sara Duterte hinggil sa hindi raw paggamit ng kapulisan ng mga makabagong teknolohiya.
Sa kaniyang mensahe na ipinaabot kay Palace Press Undersecretary Claire Castro nitong Biyernes, Hunyo 27, 2025, iginiit ni Torre na bukas daw ang PNP upang ipakita kay VP Sara ang kanilang mga teknolohiyang ginagamit.
“We appreciate the Vice President’s insight on how we, the PNP, should do our policing so we can be there whenever we are needed by the community,” ani Torre.
Dagdag pa niya, “First, we have already incorporated technologies such as drones and CCTVs in our operations. These have enabled us to build a strong foundation for our quick response.”

“Second, the Vice President is welcome to come and visit us, and we are more than happy to show her how important the deployment of our policemen in key areas in our quick response team,” anang PNP Chief.
Samantala, tila may pahaging naman si Torre sa hinggil sa mga opinyong ibinabato sa kanilang hanay.
“Lastly, we respect everyone’s opinion on how the PNP should do their job. Of course, we are willing to listen to the opinions which are credible and make sense,” aniya.
