Nanawagan si International Criminal Court (ICC) assistant to counsel at abogado ng mga biktima ng war on drugs ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na si Atty. Kristina Conti sa mga naging biktima ng "extra-judicial killings" na maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa kaniya para sa partisipasyon nila sa kaso ng dating pangulo, ayon na rin sa order ng ICC Pre-Trial Chamber I.
Sa kaniyang X post, ibinahagi ni Conti ang isang dokumento na nagpapakita ng press statement mula sa National Union of People's Lawyers (NUPL) Philippines na may pamagat na "ICC takes initial steps to organize victims' participation/Victims encouraged to submit views and concerns in Duterte's ICC Case."
Bahagi ng press statement ang paghikayat sa mga biktima na maging saksi sa kaso sa pamamagitan ng pagsa-submit ng views o concerns tungkol dito, o maaari ding pareho.
"We welcome the order of the ICC’s Pre-Trial Chamber I yesterday directing the Victims Participation and Reparations Section to suggest a process of application and registration of victims," mababasa sa X post ni Atty. Conti, Sabado ng umaga, Marso 22.

"We eagerly await further instructions from the Court and the victims' section in the Registry for guidelines. We anticipate victims will be required to submit a signed application to participate with a statement of victimhood, identification documents, etc," dagdag pa niya sa isa pang X post.
