Pormal nang nagsampa ng reklamo ang Quezon City Police District (QCPD) laban kay Patrolman Francis Steve Tallion Fontillas hinggil sa umano’y magkakasunod niyang mga pahayag laban sa Philippine National Police (PNP) at sa administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. kaugnay ng naging pag-aresto kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Sa kanilang opisyal na Facebook account, inihayag ng QCPD ang pagsasampa nila ng reklamo laban kay Fontillas hinggil sa mga naging pahayag niya sa social media.
“The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) has formally filed a complaint against Patrolman Francis Steve Tallion Fontillas for violating Article 142 (Inciting to Sedition) of the Revised Penal Code, in relation to Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012) before the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office. This action stems from his social media posts following reports of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s arrest,” anang QCPD.
Si Fontillas ay miyembro ng PNP at vlogger na naging usap-usapan sa social media kamakailan, matapos ang mga komento niyang direkta umanong pumupuna sa gobyerno sa pamamagitan ng written posts at video sa kaniyang Facebook page.

“Yes, it's true. I RESPECT the organization but I don't follow the chain of command. I only FOLLOW the chain of LAWFUL command and NON-PARTISAN responsibility. Because, I say it again for the nth time, I only STAND with what is LAWFUL and RIGHT,” anang FB post ni Fontillas noong Marso 16.
Kaugnay naman ng reklamong isinampa laban sa kaniya, iginiit ni Fontillas na handa umano siyang tumayo bilang sarili niyang abogado.
“Inciting to sedition daw yung ginawa ko? Sige, file the case now. Sa korte na lang tayo magkaalaman. Pakiusap lang po, wala akong budget para sa abogado. Tsaka abogado lang ang papayamanin natin sa kaso-kaso na yan. Hahaha. Kaya kung pwede, ako na lang ang tatayong abogado sa sarili ko,” ani Fontillas nitong Miyerkules, Marso 19.
Dagdag pa niya, “Bigyan niyo lang ako ng kahit 10 minutes to rebut all your accusations, kahit naka-Facebook live pa. And I assure you, I will and I can defend myself. Isaksak niyo yan sa mga bumbunan niyo. That's my challenge to everyone who is against my stand. I PROMISE YOU, NO ONE CAN BRING ME DOWN, NOT EVEN YOU!”
Pinabulaanan din ni Fontillas ang umano’y iginiit ng QCPD na siya ay matagal ng “absent without official leave” (AWOL).
“Nag-file ako ng leave from March 6-19, and it was approved and signed, witness pa ang asawa ko noong nag-file ako at noong inaprubahan ng Chief Admin, tapos sasabihin niyong AWOL ako? Ang kukup*l niyo naman talaga!’ saad ni Fontillas.
Samantala, nilinaw din niyang wala umano siyang pinapanigan sa pagitan ng pagiging Pro-Marcos at Pro-Duterte.
“I'm NOT anti-Marcos. I'm NOT pro-Marcos. I'm NOT anti-Duterte. I'm NOT pro-Duterte. My SERVICE is only for the WHOLE FILIPINO PEOPLE. I DON'T support any political party. I DON'T even have a political party or affiliation. As a police officer, my STAND is to UPHOLD the Philippine Constitution, the law of our land, our country. My DUTY is to ENFORCE the law and PROTECT the innocent. That is exactly what I'm doing to Mr. Duterte, NOT because he was an ex-President, but because he is an INNOCENT Filipino citizen. I'm enforcing his RIGHT to due process of law and I'm PROTECTING him because he is innocent UNTIL proven guilty.” giit in Fontillas.
