Hinikayat ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ang mga Pilipinong ipamalas ang kanilang mabuting kalooban ngayong Kapaskuhan.
Sa kaniyang pahayag nitong Linggo, Disyembre 24, nagpaabot ng pagbati si Marcos sa mga Pinoy ng “Maligayang Pasko.”
“Every 25th of December, we honor the birth of Christ by expressing gratitude for the boundless love that God has showered upon us through the time-honored Filipino traditions of Simbang Gabi, gift-giving, and feasts with our friends, relatives and families,” pahayag ni Marcos.
"But more than just a day of celebration, let us be reminded that the true meaning of Christmas lies in the recognition of the season as an opportunity to reach out to those who are suffering from solitude, sickness, and poverty," dagdag niya.

Ayon pa sa pangulo, ang pinakamagandang paraan ng pagbabahagi ng regalo ng Pasko ay ang pagpapakalat ng pag-asa sa mga taong nangangailangan nito.
"Let us kindle our hearts with goodwill, kindness, and compassion as we spread merriment in our homes and communities," ani Marcos.
"By doing so, we do not only bring peace, love, and unity but become living instruments of the timeless adage that God's work here on earth is truly our own," saad pa niya.
