"The president does not tolerate any misconduct in his administration and has instructed the immediate investigation of this matter," bahagi ng social media post ng Presidential Communications Office (PCO) nitong Lunes ng gabi.
"He strongly condemns dishonesty and duplicity in public service," pahayag pa ng PCO.
Hindi na idinitalye pa ng Malacañang ang alegasyon laban kay Guadiz.
Si Guadiz ay itinalaga ni Marcos sa puwesto noong Disyembre 2022 at pinalitan nito si Cheloy Garafil na nauna nang itinalaga bilang hepe ng LTFRB.
Dati ring naging hepe ng Land Transportation Office (LTO) si Guadiz at assistant secretary ng Department of Transportation (DOTr).
