Nag-isyu ang Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) ng Notice to Appear at Testify sa production group ng noontime show na “E.A.T” dahil umano sa pagmumura ng host na si Wally Bayola nitong Huwebes, Agosto 10, na namataan daw ng MTRCB Monitoring and Inspection Unit.

“Said scene is in violation of Section 2 (B), Chapter IV of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Presidential Decree No. 1986 (PD No. 1986),” pahayag ng MTRCB nitong Biyernes, Agosto 11.

Nakatakda umano ang pagdinig sa darating na Lunes, Agosto 14, sa MTRCB Offices sa Timog Avenue, Quezon City.

“The Board said any violation of PD No. 1986 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations governing motion pictures, television programs, and related promotional materials shall be penalized with suspension or cancellation of permits and/or licenses issued by the Board and/or with the imposition of fines and other administrative penalty/penalties,” saad pa ng MTRCB.
