Si Tim, ay kaibigan at business partner ng misis ni Victor na si Maggie Wilson, na nauugnay naman sa kaniya.

Makikita sa Instagram story ni Tim ang screengrab ng Facebook post ni Atty Garrido hinggil dito.

"What is wrong with this photo? Man has a pending criminal suit for adultery against the wife, Maggie Wilson, based on circumstantial evidence only," saad ng abogado sa kaniyang FB post noong Abril 18.

"Yet, this is not incriminating against the man because it does not prove he is 'keeping a mistress in the conjugal dwelling' or 'having sexual intercourse under scandalous circumstances with a woman who is not his wife' under Article 334 of the Revised Penal Code."

"But if it were the wife in a similar pose, holding a child not fathered by her husband, she is in a compromising situation, guilty of adultery."
