Bumisita ang aktor na si John Lloyd Cruz at artist na si Isabel Santos sa ‘Strays Worth Saving’ (SWS), isang animal shelter sa Batangas, para mag-ampon umano ng aso nitong Huwebes, Marso 9.
Sa Facebook post ng SWS, ibinahagi nila na bumisita ang dalawa para personal na makita ang mga nasagip na aso sa shelter at makapamili ng kanilang aampunin na aso.
“SWS is blessed to have beautiful couple John Lloyd Cruz and Isabel visit the SWS shelter today!!!” anang SWS. “They are looking to adopt one of our rescues and there is no better way to do it than meet the candidates themselves.”
“There is no denying not only the dogs but also the caretakers were so excited to meet our celebrity visitors! Thank you so much for the visit!! I cannot contain my admiration as these two have no qualms at all carrying and playing with the rescues,” dagdag nito.

Kuwento pa ng SWS, naihian pa raw ng isa sa mga asong na-rescue nila ang damit ni John Lloyd, ngunit hindi man lamang daw sila nakarinig ng reklamo sa aktor.
“One of our rescues, Rain, peed on John Lloyd's clothes and he had no complaint at all! They gamely posed with the dogs as they also want them to be adopted!” kuwento ng animal shelter.
Isa ang SWS sa mga nonprofit organization sa Pilipinas na nagre-rescue ng mga ligaw at naabusong mga aso at pusa upang alagaan ang mga ito at kalauna’y ipaampon sa mga tunay na may malasakit sa mga hayop.
