Nais niDepartment of Health (DOH) officer-in-charge Maria Rosario Vergeire nitong Biyernes na magkaroon ng coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccination sites sa mga paaralan upang mapaigting pa ang pagbabakuna ng pamahalaan.
Layunin aniya nito na mahikayat ang mga bata at magulang upang magpaturok.
Dapat din aniya na maglagay nito sa mga lugar na pinagtatrabahuan at pamilihan.
"Definitely the vaccine should not be a prerequisite to going to school. This would disenfranchise other children whose parents will not allow them to get the vaccine.What we need to dois we need toincentivize and encourage mothers, parents, guardians andfor governmentto ensure there's this safe environment for children when they get the vaccine," sabi ni Vergeire sa mga mamamahayag.
