Art Tugade sa susunod na DOTr Secretary: 'I shall assist in however way asked and needed'

Naglabas na ng pahayag si outgoing Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Art Tugade tungkol sa bagong magiging kalihim ng ahensya.

Aniya, dapat lubos na magtiwala at suportahan ang naging desisyon ni President-elect Bongbong Marcos, Jr.

"President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has decided. We must fully trust and support his decision for his success shall be the success of the Filipino people," ani Tugade.

Dagdag pa niya, personal daw niyang kilala ang kaniyang successor na si Jimmy Bautista. "We have long years of association and friendship. His professionalism, experience, dedication, and hard work will certainly augur well in his being the Secretary of Transportation. In the best of my abilities and capabilities, I shall assist in however way asked and needed."

Matatandaang itinalaga ni BBM bilang susunod na kalihim ng DOTr ang dating presidente ng Philippine Airlines na si Jimmy Bautista.
