Ngayong araw, kabilang sa Top 10 finalists para sa kanyang Beauty With A Purpose Project si Tracy.
Kamakailan, nasungkit ng Pinay ang isang puwesto sa semifinals matapos magwagi sa Head-to-Head Challenge ng kompetisyon.

Sa kanyang talumpati, ibinahagi ng Cebuana-based beauty queen ang malamim na hugot ng kanyang proyekto.
“’Para kay Nanay–For My Mother: A Single Mother’s Journey To Love.’ That is my beauty with a purpose project and it’s dedicated to my late mother and to all the single mothers in my community. Being a mother is the most important job. It is the most important role yet oftentimes they are neglected. We fight so much; we talk so much about women empowerment so why don’t we start empowering our mothers? Most especially those who go through so much difficulties having to raise their families all on their own,” ani Tracy.
“It gives them hope that they can still go out there and learn new things and build a good life for their families because that is what I want for them; that is what they deserve; and that is what I would have wanted for my mom if she was still here. That is my commitment and that is my dream,” madamdaming pagtatapos ni Tracy.
Sa anunsyo ng Top 10 finalists para sa nabanggit na kategorya, ipinamalas na rin ni Tracy ang kanyang national costume na tinawag na “Mayari.”
“Moon Goddess and daughter of Bathala. Hailed as the most beautiful deity, she has complete dominion of the world at night. The moon has been revered as a celestial being by most ancient civilizations in antiquity. Apart from its mysterious allure, it has also been though to have great cosmic influence on the mortal realm.
“My rendition incorporated a lot of traditional forms as the base silhouette, with slight exaggerations in the proportion and volume. For embellishment, I crafted white & purple moon flowers (morning glory/ moon vine ) from scratch, and added the gradient shading in the middle to give it more depth. Pearls and tassels thoughtfully border the hemlines,” pagbabahagi ng Miss World Philippines organization sa Facebook.
