Hindi konektado sa Malacañang ang isang abogadong dumalaw sa magkapatid na opisyal ng Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corporation na kapwa nakakulong sa Senado.
Ito ang paglilinaw ni Cabinet Secretary at Presidential spokesman Karlo Nograles nitong Miyerkules, Nobyembre 17, na ang tinutukoy ay si Atty. Daryl Ritchie Valles.
Si Valles ay dumalaw kinaMohit at Twinkle Dargani, corporate secretary at presidente ng Pharmally, ayon sa pagkakasunod,sa detention cell ng dalawa sa Senado kamakailan.
“We have recently come across reports that say a lawyer allegedly from the Office of the Special Assistant to the President (OSAP) visited the Dargani siblings while under Senate detention.In the interest of providing the media and the public with information regarding the lawyer, Atty. Daryl Ritchie Valles, we made an effort to validate and confirm the dates of his employment in Malacañang,” paglilinaw ni Nograles.

“Based on the records of the Human Resources Management Office, the lawyer was formerly under the Office of the President, and resigned on 1 March 2021,” pagdidiin nito.
Idinagdag ni Nograles na matapos magbitiw sa Office of the President si Valles, nagtatrabaho na ito sa isang opisina na pinangangasiwaan ng House of Representatives.
Matatandaangnilikha ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang OSAP nang umupo ito sa puwesto noong 2016. Kasabay ng pagkakalikha nito, itinalaga ng Pangulo na maging pinuno ng OSAP siSpecial Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go, na matagal na naging tauhan at kaibigan ni Duterte.
Matatandaang inaresto ang magkapatid na Dargani habang nakasakay na sa isang eroplano sa Davao City International Airport nitong Linggo, patungong Malaysia.
Nag-ugat ang pag-aresto nang i-contempt ng Senado ang dalawa dahil sa patuloy na pagmamatigas na huwag iharap sa Senate Blue Ribbon Committee ang hinihinging financial report ng kanilang kumpanya na nasasangkot sa bilyun-bilyong transaksyon sa Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) kaugnay ng umano'y pagbili ng overprice na medical COVID-19 supplies.
