Isasalang na online ang National Sports Coaching Certification Course (NSCCC) ng Philippine Sports Commission, simula sa Lunes, Hulyo 27.
Ang naturang proyekto na nasa ilalim ng Philippine Sports Institute’s (PSI) Sports Education and Training Program ay isinagawa sa Tagum City noong 2018, sa Legazpi City at Davao City nitong nakalipas na taon.
Mauunang sasalang sa online coaches’ certification ang Visayas dahil puno na ang lahat ng slot nito nang makapagrehistro ng 1,090.
“Thepresent situation in the country should not deter us from continuing ourprograms and services to the sports community, specifically in enhancing thecompetencies of our coaches in the schools and the LGUs,” ayon kay PSC oversight commissioner for Visayas Ramon Fernandez.

“Sportscoaches of elementary and high school student teams in Visayas will be the initial batch of online learners for the course’s Level 1 modules on SportsPhilosophy, Sports Pedagogy, Sports Psychology, Sports Physiology, TalentIdentification, and Sports Ethics,” sabi nito.
“Lecturers will be PSC-PSI sports education dean Prof. Henry Daut, PSC-PSI sportspsychology head Dr. Karen Katrina Trinidad, PSC-PSI sports physiology head Prof. Josephine Joy Reyes, PSC-PSI sports specialist Prof. Luis Serafin Cosep,and Fr. Fonz Suico, CSSR. A blend of synchronous and asynchronous learningmethods will be applied through the use of Google Meet and Google Classroomtools,” dagdag pa ni Fernandez.
