TUTULAK na ang 8th leg ng National Executive Chess Championship na tinampukang 2019 Grandmaster Rosendo Balinas Sr. Chess Cup sa Hulyo 14 na gaganapin sa Activity Area, Centro Mall sa Cabuyao City, Laguna.

“The one-day rapid event is open to all qualified members of Philippine Executive Chess Association,” ani pa Dr. Paez.
Ang nasabing event ay suportado ng City Government ng Cabuyao sa gaby ni Mayor Atty. Rommel “Mel” A. Gecolea sa pakikipagtulungan nina Philippine Executive Chess Association President Dr. Jenny Mayor at engineer Antonio “Tony” Carreon Balinas. Ito ay suportado din ng JAMlink Travel & Tours, Jolly Smile Dental Clinic at ng Bread & Bachoy.

Ipapatupad ang six round Swiss system format gamit ang rapid time control 20 minutes plus 5 seconds increment bawat manlalaro para matapos ang laro.
Ang magkakampeon ay magsusubi ng P12,000 plus trophy. Tatangapin naman ng second placer ang P8,000 plus trophy, nakalaan sa third placer ang P5,000 plus trophy, ibubulsa ng fourth placer ang P3,000 plus trophy habang ang fifth placer naman ay magsusubi ng P2,000 plus trophy.
May special prizes din para sa Top Senior, Top Lady, Top New Comer, Top 1999 and Below, Top 1899 and Below, Top 1799 and Below at Top Unrated na tatangap ng tig P2,000 plus trophies.
Ang advance Registration fee ay P1,000 (on or before July 13) habang ang On-Site Registration fee ay P1,200.
