NasaLondon pa rin ang It’s Showtime host na si Anne Curtis para sa London Marathon na nagsimula nitong Linggo, April 22.

Dalawang event ang na-missed ni Anne, ang wedding ng co-host niyang si Billy Crawford kay Coleen Garcia (Abril 20) at birthday ng bestfriend niyang si Luis Manzano nitong nakaraang araw. Bago umalis pa-London si Anne, masaya naman siyang nagpaalam at humingi ng paumanhin sa kanyang Showtime family lalo na kay Billy na hindi siya personal na makakadalo sa nasabing event. Naiintindihan naman ito ni Billy dahil last year pa naka-commit si Anne sa London Marathon.

Hinding-hindi rin palalampasin ni Anne ang pagbati sa kaarawan ng kaibigang si Luis. And to everyone’s surprise, Anne took to Instagram to write a heartfelt message for his best friend Luis Manzano who celebrated his birthday recently. Ipinaskil ni Anne ang larawan ni Luis na emotional habang niyayakap ang asawa niyang si Erwan sa kanilang wedding in New Zealand last year.

Anne writes, “To the man that cried just as much as my dad, my brother AND my husband at my wedding, my best friend, @luckymanzano HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Sorry missed out on our tradition of exactong midnight greetings due to time difference! I’ve been saving this photo to post on your birthday (sic).”

Malalim at dekada na ang itinakbo ng friendhip ng dalawa simula nang sila’y pumalaot sa showbiz. Sinabi ni Anne na si Luis is a caring person and that she is looking forward to the day that she will see him tie the knot and greet his bride. “People may think that you’re always such a joker and “macho man” (dahil birthday mo lang yan ha) but I’ve seen the caring and soft side of you! Thank you for being my best and only guy best friend! For life to! Just as you did to Erwan, I can’t wait for the day to come when I get to whisper to your bride “Thank you for loving him” too ? Love you,” nakasaad sa post ni Anne.
