(FILES) This file picture taken on October 25, 2013 shows Peruvian former president (1990-2000), Alberto Fujimori, giving his thumb up to relatives at the end of a hearing at a facility in Ate, 16 km east of Lima, where a judge will evaluate his request to serve out the remaining time of his 25-year sentence under house arrest. Peru's President Pablo Kuczynski granted humanitarian pardon to Peru's jailed ex-president Alberto Fujimori on December 24, 2017, a day after he was transferred from his cell to a clinic after suffering from low blood pressure and an irregular heartbeat. Doctors said Fujimori, who is serving a 25-year sentence for corruption and human rights abuses, would spend the Christmas period in intensive care. / AFP PHOTO / Cris BOURONCLE
