OPISYAL nang inilabas ng Gawad Tanglaw ang mga bibigyan nila ng parangal ngayong taon. Pangungunahan nina Vilma Santos, John Lloyd Cruz at Piolo Pascual ang honor roll ng pinagpipitaganang award-giving body sa gaganaping awarding rites sa March 28.
Sina Ate Vi, Lloydie, at Papa P ang tatanggap ng Presidential Jury Award for Best Film Performances.
Gagawaran ng parangal si Cong. Vi para sa mga pelikula niyang Ekstra, Dekada 70, In My Life, Everything About Her at The Healing; si John Lloyd sa mga pelikulang Honor Thy Father, Hele sa Hiwagang Hapis at Ang Babaeng Humayo; at si Piolo sa Hele sa Hiwagang Hapis, at Dekada 70.

Sa larangan ng telebisyon ay sina Coco Martin at Slyvia Sanchez ang tatanggap ng highest acting awards. Tinanghal na best actor for Ang Probinsiyano si Coco at best actress naman si Slyvia para sa The Greatest Love.
Sa mga pelikulang ipinalabas last year ay tie sina Charo Santos (Ang Babaeng Humayo), Jaclyn Jose (Ma’Rosa), Allen Dizon (Iadya Mo Kami) at Paolo Ballesteros (Die Beautiful) ang napiling best actress at best actor.
Best supporting actress sina Susan Africa (Hele sa Hiwagang Hapis) at Aiko Melendez (Iadya Mo Kami) at best supporting actor naman sina Jess Mendoza (Pauwi ang Purgatoryo) at Xian Lim (Everything About Her).
