Kimi S. Cojuangco (5th District, Pangasinan), ay pinagtibay ng House committee on Basic Education and Culture, Appropriations, at Ways and Means.

“Vision screening is a fast and cost-effective means of checking children’s vision. With the program, we can identify those to be referred to eye care professionals. Governments in many countries have implemented vision-screening programs. It is time that we have our own,” diin ni Cojuangco. (Bert de Guzman)
