Naglabas ng pahayag si dating Ako Bicol Party-list Rep. Zaldy Co matapos kuwestiyunin ni Senate President Pro Tempore ang akusasyon niya laban kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr.
Sa latest Facebook post ni Co nitong Biyernes, Nobyembre 14, hinimok niya si Lacson na suriin ang buong listahan ng umano’y insertion sa ilalim ng direktiba mismo ng pangulo.
“I respectfully urge Hon. Sen. Panfilo Lacson to first review the full list of alleged 'insertions', done under the directive of President Marcos and clearly reflected in the GAA 2025,” saad ni Co.
“You may cross-check the NEP 2025 to verify if the same line items appear there,” pagpapatuloy niya. “To assist you, I have attached the list with the exact page references from the GAA 2025.”

Dagdag pa ng dating kongresista, “I suggest that before making statements that may unfairly prejudice the issue, the Senator should examine the documents in full.”
Pero sa kasalukuyan, burado na ang naturang post ni Co.
Matatandaang tila duda si Lacson sa pagkakadawit ni Marcos, Jr. sa umano’y isyu ng insertion sa bicam.

Anang senador, “I’m not defending the president [but] why would he insert ₱100 billion sa bicam samantalang sa NEP [National Expenditure Program] kaya niyang gawin ‘yon, e?
“Second, bakit niya vineto?” dugtong pa ni Lacson.
Pero nilinaw din naman niyang hindi niya sinasabing unbelievable ang paratang ni Co laban sa pangulo.
“Mayro’n tayong sinasabi na common sense, only because alam ko ‘yong budgeting process, na ‘yong president may complete control over what should be inserted in the NEP. So kung gano’n din naman pala, ba’t pa siya sa bicam magpapa-insert?” aniya.
