"Last Monday, that is May 27, Bikoy returned. He is now under protective custody. He voluntarily surrendered himself and requested for protective custody," sinabi ni Corpus.

"All the things Bikoy said will be validated, all the names will be part of our investigation," saad ni Albayalde.

"Bikoy will be part of the investigation. Remember, he can also be a respondent here. We are not saying that he is already a witness or he's still a suspect. It's for the court to decide if he will become a witness or a suspect after we file a case," wika ni Albayalde.

"Said pageant utilized complainant’s corporate name and logo in the promotional activities without the knowledge, authorization and consent of the corporation," saad sa reklamo. Ang kumpanya ay distributor ng mga pabango.

"Respondent never attended the Coronation Night and became unreachable thereafter leaving all the members of the production staff unpaid," dagdag sa reklamo.

"Through false pretenses and use of the corporate name, complainant was damaged financially in the amount stated above," the complaint said.

"Respondent became untraceable and efforts to locate him to answer for his misrepresentation remained until recently where he resurfaced in a Press Conference at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines offices last May 6, 2019 finally, the undersigned now has the legal recourse against respondent for his criminal fraudulent act," saad nito.

'DI INAALOK MAGING STATE WITNESS

"There is none," pagkumpirma ni Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra.

We don’t even know where Bikoy is and who his handlers are," aniya.
