Sa ikaapat taon, si Benjamin Alves pa rin ang ambassador ng GMA Network Excellence Award (GNEA).

“Every year, we try to find more ways to connect with students. This year, with the help of GMA Regional TV, we’re doing the Kapuso Masterclass Series where we’ve been able to spread the word and awareness to Cebu, Bukidnon, and Davao. It’s been great being more involved and connecting with students all over the country,” lahad ni Benjamin ang hinggil sa pagnanais niyang makakilala pa ng mga estudyante at posibleng GNEA candidates.

Dalawang parangal ang igagawad ng GMA Network sa mga natatanging raduating students ng Communication (Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, or Advertising) t technology-based courses (Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Information Technology). Ang nominasyon para sa academic year 2018-2019 ay bukas hanggang May 15.
