Sa 2016 edition, nakamit ng Team Philippines ang men’s doubles event gold at silver medal sa team regu at hoop, gayundin ang bronze sa regu.

Bumida naman sa women’s squad sina Mary Melody Taming, Abegail Sinogbuhan, Gelyn Evora, Josefina Maat, Jean Marie Sucalit, Jea Mae Pepito, Jocielle Fernandez, Aisa Sabellita, Allyssa Bandoy at Lhaina Lheil Mangubat.

Nangasiwa sa koponan sina coach Rodolfo Eco, Hector Memarion, Metodio Suico Jr. at Junmar Aleta sa men’s team, habang sina Romulo Ruedas Jr., Esperidion Rodriguez, Gena Mark Saavedra at Deseree Autor gumabay sa women’s squad.
