KABILANG si Olympic champion Joseph Schooling sa magiging imahe ng ONE Championship.
Ipinahayag ni ONE Championship Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong na itinalaga nilang ‘ambassador’ si Schooling na isa ring tagahanga ng mixed martial arts sports.

Ikinalugod naman ni Schooling, narmarka sa swimming world nang magapi ni Olympic star Michael Phelps sa 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games, ang pagkakapili sa kanya ng ONE.

Ang 22-anyos na si Schooling ay ipinanganak at lumaki sa Singapore at miyembro ng Texas Longhorns swimming team.

Napapanahon ang pagkakapili kay Schooling dahil nakalinyang isagawa ang ONE: UNSTOPPABLE DREAMS sa Singapore Indoor Stadium sa Mayo 18. Tampok na duwelo ang laban nina reigning ONE Women’s Atomweight World Champion “Unstoppable” Angela Lee ng Singapore at Japanese veteran Mei “V.V” Yamaguchi.
Kabilang naman sa co-main event, ang laban nina Muay Thai legend Sam-A Gaiyanghadao ng Evolve MMA Singapore kontra Sergio “The Samurai” Wielzen ng Netherlands sa inaugural ONE Super Series Flyweight Muay Thai World Championship.
Idedepensa naman ni reigning ONE Featherweight & Lightweight World Champion Martin “The Situ-Asian” Nguyen ng Australia ang korona laban kay Christian “The Warrior” Lee – nakababatang kapatid ni Angela.
