Suportado ng Ang Chess Player at ni Congressman Edward Maceda, aktibong miyembro ng Knights of Columbus Council 4288, ipapatupad ang five minutes, five seconds delay format ayon kay tournament director Christopher “Kuya Chris” de Guzman na kaagapay ang Novaliches Novelty chess club nina Sonsea Agonoy at Juancho Caunte sa pagpapalaganap ng larong chess sa grassroots level.
Si Christopher “Kuya Chris” de Guzman na Team Coach ng Knights of Columbus chess team at Team Manager ng Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) Chess Team ay acting president din ng Novelty chess club.
