LONDON (AP) — Patuloy ang matikas na ratsada ng mga beterano at unseeded na sina Gilles Muller at Feliciano Lopez matapos makausad sa semifinals ng Queen’s nitong Biyernes (Sabado sa Manila).

Naisalba ni Lopez, 35, ang match point sa kanyang service play para pataubin si seventh-seeded Tomas Berdych, habang pinatalsik ni Muller, 34, si Sam Querrey sa straight sets.

“I’m a little bit old. I’m going to be 36 but I’m enjoying the moment a lot and I think I’m playing some of my best tennis,” sambit ni Lopez.

“It’s been a great run this week, especially today saving a match point against a great player like Tomas.”

Na-saved ni Lopez ang match point a 4-5 bago rumatsada tungo sa 7-6 (5), 6-7 (1), 7-5 kontra Berdych.

Makakaharap niya si sixth-seeded Grigor Dimitrov, habang mapapalaban si Muller kay Daniil Medvedev ng Russia.

“It was a very tricky match, it’s never easy to play a guy you’ve never played before,” sambit ni Dimitrov.
