Iginiit ni Senator Leila de Lima na walang katotohanan ang ipinaparatang ni Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre na may kinalaman siya at si Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV sa pananaksak kay Jayvee Sebastian.
Ayon kay De Lima, walang puwedeng asahan sa isang tao na mismong buhok ay ginawang peke.
“Aguirre is lying. He is a chronic liar like his boss, and a Secretary of Justice without balls. What do you expect from a public official who fakes his own hair?” ani De Lima.
Aniya, ang administrasyon ni Duterte ang may rason para ipapatay si Sebastian at saktan ang ilang bilanggo na ayaw tumestigo laban sa kanya.

“This is again in line with the propaganda thrust of the Duterte Administration to pin all the blame on somebody else except themselves. I was responsible for the stabbing, it then seems that the NBP is run and managed by idiots who can’t protect high profile inmates staying inside the most guarded spot in Philippine prisons,” dagdag ni De Lima.
Pinabulaanan na rin ito ni Trillanes at sinabi nitong humanda na lamang ang administrasyon sa gagawing imbestigasyon ng Senado.
