NEW YORK (AFP) – Sa ikalawang pagkakataon, tinalo ni Russian President Vladimir Putin si US President Barack Obama sa titulo bilang world’s most powerful leader ayon sa pagraranggo ng Forbes.

Sa taong idinugtong ng Russia ang Crimea, sinuportahan ang gulo sa Ukraine at nakuha ang multi-billion-dollar gas pipeline deal sa China na tinawag ng Forbes na world’s largest construction project, nananatili sa tuktok si Putin.

“For the second year running, our votes went with the Russian president as the world’s most powerful person, followed by US President Barack Obama,” deklara ng Forbes.

Ang top five ay kinumpleto nina Chinese President Xi Jinping, Pope Francis, at German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
