Ipinagmalaki ni Kapuso star at misis ni Senate President Chiz Escudero na si Heart Evangelista ang pamamahagi ng relief goods ng Senate Spouses Foundations, Inc. (SSFI) sa ilang displaced families sa Bulacan, lalo na ang mga naapektuhan ng sunod-sunod na pag-ulan at pagbaha.
Si Heart ang nahalal na pangulo ng Senate Spouses, o mga asawa ng mga senador na bahagi ng 20th Congress.
Ayon sa Instagram post ni Heart, nag-ikot-ikot sila sa ilang mga lugar sa Bulacan upang mamahagi ng tulong sa displaced families na naroon.

Today, we checked on some of the displaced families in Barangay Calumpang in Calumpit, Bulacan. Calumpit is one of the towns that have been placed under a state of calamity due to continuous rains, high tides, and dam water releases that caused severe flooding," ani Heart.

"We simultaneously visited the nearby Barangay Mojon in Malolos, Bulacan, another town heavily inundated in rainwater during the typhoon."
"Grateful that the families are safe, although their lives have been disrupted and their properties damaged or washed away. It will take time to get their normal lives back. We call on, yet again, to those who can and to those who have, to care to notice others’ needs and to reach out and offer support in any way you can."
