Pirmado ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin ang dokumento nitong Huwebes, Disyembre 21 at agad itong kumalat sa social media, at ipinost din ito ni Presidential assistant for strategic communications Cesar Chavez sa kanyang Facebook page.
"Apologies. I also posted a content that was not first verified by me. For the confusion it has created, the blame fall on me. I take full responsibility for this oversight. As a former newsman who has been a stickler for fact-checking, this one evaded me," reaksyon pa ni Chavez.
