“Taking my talents to the land of the rising sun. The journey continues,” sabi ni Wright.

"It has been an unforgettable six years with the Fuel Masters. Thank you to all my coaches, teammates, ball boys and bosses for being a part of this chapter in my life," sabi nito.

"Most importantly, thank you to all the fans who have supported me through thick and thin. I love you all," pahayag pa nito.

Makakasama na ni Wright sa liga sina Kiefer Ravena (Shiga Lakes), Dwight Ramos (LevanggaHokkaido), Thirdy Ravena (San-En NeoPhoenix), at Justine Baltazar (Hiroshima Dragonflies).

Magbubukas ang 2022-2023 Japan B.League season sa Setyembre 29.
