IT was a hard decision, but one that had to be made. Ito ang naranasan ni Bamboo bilang isa sa mga Coaches ng The Voice Kids Season 4 nito lang nakaraang Sunday’s episode, October 20, 2019 sa Kapamilya primetime Network.

Rocker Bamboo choose the top three young artists he would bring to the semi-finals.

He chose Carmelle Collado, Pica Mabitag and Radhni Tiplan, who performed equally well during the sing-offs round.

Mabitag earned praises for her performance of Nina’s Someday.

“Ngayon naintindihan ko na bakit ikaw ang pinili ni Coach Bamboo sa battle rounds mo,” Lea Salonga told Mabitag.

Tiplan, on the other hand, performed Tao by Sampaguita.

“Alam mo, tagahanga mo ako. Grabe, kakaiba ka,” Sarah Geronimo told Tiplan.

Collado also got Bamboo’s approval following her performance of Aretha Franklin’s Respect.

“Vocally, you have it. But ang ichinallenge ko sa’yo is let loose... and ipinakita mo. Good job,” Bamboo told Collado.

Bamboo’s decision meant the three remaining artists of his team - Lovelyn Cuasco, Jen-Jen Anino and Ramjul Trangia - all had to say goodbye.

The top 3 artists of Kamp Kawayan completed the 9 artists who will be competing in the semi-finals.

They will be going against Cyd Pangca, Gaea Salipot and Alexa Salcedo from Salonga’s team, and Angel Andal, Yshara Cepeda and Vanjoss Bayaban from Team Sarah
