Naghain ng aplikasyon si Peter Joemel Advincula, alyas ‘Bikoy’ sa Department of Justice (DoJ) upang mapasailalim sa Witness Protection Program (WPP).

“We expect this to be processed as soon as possible because we have a hearing on August . 9 which is the start of the preliminary investigation for the sedition and inciting to sedition case filed by the CIDG (Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group),” pahayag ni Atty.

“Even if we do not assume that they will themselves do some nasty act, we cannot say about their supporters,” dagdag niya.

Sa kanyang liham kay Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, sinabi ni Advincula na “voluntarily, submit and request  for an exclusive protection and protective custody under the Witness Protection Program…”

“With the different prominent political figures and various influential personalities that I divulged during the series of investigation conducted by the Philippine National POlice particularly, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, my life and the life of my family and security is at risk,”dahilan nito.

Sa asuntong isinampa noong Hulyo 18, inirereklamo nito sina

Vice President Leni Robredo at 35 iba pa sa sedition, inciting to sedition, cyber libel, libel, estafa, harboring a criminal, at obstruction of justice.
