At 11:30am ay nagsimula na ang grand coronation day ng Eat Bulaga sa bonggang production number ng phenomenal love team nina Alden Richards at Maine Mendoza, bago pumasok sa stage ang 40 candidates mula sa iba’t ibang lugar sa Pilipinas.
Top 10 finalists lang ang humarap sa question and answer portion, dahil nagkaroon na sila ng pre-judging sa 40 candidates.

Tumanggap ng special awards sina Jewel Alessandra Palacat (Ilocos Sur), Miss Millennial Friendship; Marela Glospeah Caro Juaman (South Cotabato), Best in Talent; Trissia Aldave (Camarines Sur), Best in Culture, Street Fashion; Chanel Mistyca Villamor Corpuz (Abra), Miss Nescafe Creamy White; Trisha Aceret (Ilocos Norte), Miss Potencee; at Danna Rose Socaoco (Misamis Oriental), Miss Philippine Airlines Buong Puso Alaga.
First runner-up si Donna Rose Socaoco (Misamis Oriental); 2nd runner-up si Chanel Mystica Villamor Corpuz (Abra); at 3rd runner up si Marielle Sarmiento (Oriental Mindoro). Tumanggap sila ng P100,000, P75,000, at P50,000 cash, respectively.
Itinanghal namang Bayanihan Queen si Marela Glospeah Caro Juaman ng South Cotabato, at tumanggap siya ng P100,000, habang tatanggap naman ng P1 milyon ang kanyang lalawigan para gugulin sa local project.
